I found this video and I wanted to share it with you my dear readers. This is a presentation of how chefs use every inch of a Kindai tuna fish. Kindai tuna fish is the “Kobe beef” of fish, it is a farm-raised blue fin tuna; it is the first ever raised tuna in captivity from egg and it is produced by a Japanese university fisheries laboratory. Kindai tuna is considered to be more healthy and more eco-friendly option. This fish is served in an Italian restaurant in New York called “Del Posto”. I hope I have a nice dinner there someday 🙂
